King’s Athletic Training Student Awarded Leadership Scholarship

Steven Davi, a senior athletic training education and neuroscience major at King’s College,has been awarded the Inaugural National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) District Two Leadership Scholarship. The scholarship was established to recognize deserving athletic training student with exceptional leadership skills and activities in the profession.

Davi will be awarded a $2500 scholarship that will be presented at the NATA Clinical Symposium during the District Two Business Meeting in June in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Davi has been accepted into an extremely prestigious athletic training graduate program at the University of Connecticut and will be a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Eastern Connecticut State University.  He has already passed his national certification exam for athletic training.

King’s College is a Catholic College Sponsored by the Congregation of Holy Cross.
